. Contract Management
o Successfully oversee the solicitation of over 32 corporate
Request for Proposal (RFP) travel programs for major
clients such as Siemens and Northrop Grumman. Negotiation
activity contributes to driving more than $84M in corporate
travel business to Choice hotels worldwide.
o Thoroughly analyze contract specifications for corporate
travel programs. Interpret and communicate the client's
terms and conditions to all hoteliers solicited for the
procurement of hotel room rates and amenities.
o Proactively track and monitor RFP progress to ensure all
hotels solicited to bid on corporate travel business have
accurately responded and met the client's deadline.
o Administer quality control procedures for RFPs prior to
submitting data to corporate clients for review and
decision of award.
o Coordinate and perform contract close-out actions to ensure
hotel room rates are loaded and accessible to corporate
travel clients. Ensure terms and conditions comply with
client's corporate travel policies and regulations.
o Present findings associated with client rate audits then
review and recommend corrective actions and policy or

. Customer Relationship Management
o Educate, service, and coach hoteliers on analyzing and
structuring their corporate rate plans to increase hotel
market share and revenue.
o Collaborated with and conducted four training webinars for
10 international colleagues and 60 hoteliers regarding the
Choice's corporate RFP submission process.
o Respond to client and hotelier inquiries that come through
two departmental email and voicemail inboxes daily.
o Maintain critical contract files on shared network drives
and continuously update the departmental customer
relationship management (CRM) tool - Microsoft Dynamics
database with all information pertaining to corporate

o Managed the Global Sales trade show booth at both the 2009
