Evaluated credit reports. Spoke to the consumer on the phone to determine

their dispute. A dispute must be written up properly to get the correct

results. Handled unhappy consumers almost daily, and explaining to them

how their credit report works with all aspects must be handled in a

respectful manner. Was responsible for putting the correct information

into the computer. Last step was to send out their corrected version of the

report.
