when necessary.

. Answer phone and general customer service.

. Compose email and letter correspondence.

. General filing for project paperwork.

. Prioritize and organize daily workload.

. Arrange and coordinate meetings with customers to

discuss project progress.

. Support executive management and office

administrators.

. Search construction publications (GreenSheet) and

online bid sources (ebidboard) for new projects out

to bid.

Technical Skills:

. Efficiently operate office machines (i.e. computer,

copier, scanner, facsimile, typewriter. voice mail

systems).

. Troubleshoot and correct most computer

hardware/computer program/server problems.

. Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and

Power Point.

. Familiar with Microsoft Access, Project and AutoCAD

basics.

. Proficient in internet navigation and research.

. Can type over 50 wpm.

Interpersonal Skills:

. Effectively communicate with management, co-workers,

customers, and suppliers verbally and in writing.

. Active listener.

. Positive attitude and ability to remain calm in

troubleshooting situation.
