in two facilities. Developed strategic plans and implemented initiatives in

Manager to ensure that appropriate applicant flow was created and

maintained to meet immediate work force needs.

resulted in saving the district over $100,000 in Workers' Compensation

costs and over $40,000 in auto crash expense.

. Facilitated recovery of injured employees by maintaining contact and

facilitating discussions of light duty and temporary alternate work to

reduce Days Away Restricted or Transferred (DART), limit work

interruption, and return employees to work which also reduced workers'

compensation costs.

District Occupational Health Supervisor, 2004-2006

Wellness Programs for district of over 4,400 union and non-union employees.

Acted as liaison and a medical consultant to the District Labor Relations
