Oversaw and managed company growth from a small production shop to a 230

employee ceramic tile manufacturing supply operation. Responsible for all

day to day operations, including finance, sales and marketing, quality

assurance, maintenance, environmental compliance, and production.

Interfaced heavily with Italian suppliers and customers, traveled to

Europe, China, and Mexico to maintain supply.

Provided procedures and guidance for environmental remediation, control,

and containment for Martin Marietta, a US Dept of Energy nuclear fuel
