Oversaw and managed company growth from a small production shop to a 230
employee ceramic tile manufacturing supply operation. Responsible for all

Interfaced heavily with Italian suppliers and customers, traveled to
Europe, China, and Mexico to maintain supply.

and containment for Martin Marietta, a US Dept of Energy nuclear fuel
