BACKGROUND SUMMARY
Senior health care leader experienced in health information management,
privacy and compliance for home health, hospice, durable medical equipment,
respiratory therapy and pharmacy product lines. My experiences encompass
the areas of leadership, regulatory issues and accreditation, with a focus
on electronic documentation systems development and quality improvement.

Accomplishments
. Planned and implemented a major paper record purge. Hired 3 temporary
part time employees for 6 weeks to purge and organize an internal storage
area for inactive records.
. Restored processing of release of protected information turn around time
from 6-8 weeks to 7-10 days
. Successfully updated and maintained the primary functions around
maintaining attorney accounts. These accounts consisted of new patients
who had suffered personal/work related injuries and/or injuries resulting
