SUMMARY:Thirty plus years of increasing responsibilities as a Project

Superintendent that started as a union Cement Finisher in self perform

concrete, tilt-panels and steel erection. My experience encompasses

building high-rise class "A" office towers, luxury high-rise resort hotels,

casinos, schools, hospitals, jails, courthouses and retail centers. I have

the management experience, technical expertise and analytical judgment,

necessary to complete all projects on time and within budget. I can

demonstrate superior leadership and communication skills in planning,

scheduling, and quality control at a consistently high level of performance

. Worked on multiple hospital projects including; N.Y.U. Medical Center,

Flower 5TH Avenue, Columbia - Presbyterian Medical Center, Lutheran

Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Medical Center and Downstate Medical

Center

. Experience in multiple high rise apartment, condominium and office

buildings in NYC; from 25 to 70 floors including the original world

trade center utilizing the structural, poured / reinforced and post

tensioned concrete design

. Supervised Long Island Railroad grade elimination project thru 3 towns

in Long Island ( Amityville, Lindenhurst and West Babylon) total 10

. Senior Project Superintendent on the Tampa Hard Rock casino expansion

. 1288 space parking garage; total volume $100 Million

. Responsible for all scheduling coordination, maintaining schedule,

coordination of all trades and quality control

. Specific emphasis on coordinated drawings, coordinating layout and

engineering of all trades and coordination and overlay and all railing

drawings and block outs with relationship to post tension cable,

maintain strict dimensional control of all centerlines of all columns,

walls, stairways and elevator shafts, maintain consistent outside edge

of slab measurements

. Renovation of several areas of existing casino together with new

casino addition including 100, 000 sq. ft. of new casino gaming, 3

new restaurants and admin. Offices while maintaining ongoing casino

activities.

. This project was brought to completion under my direction and

leadership 75 days ahead of schedule and netted several million

dollars of incentive bonus for Yates from the owner/developer

Title: General Project Superintendent

37 Million Dollar Project, Funded by O.S.F.C. (Ohio School Facilities

Commission) Clearview Local School District, Lorain County, Ohio

. From site logistics to completion of project

. Three Buildings; High School, Middle School, Elementary School, Three

Separate Locations, Three Miles Apart

Primary Project Activities:

. Demolition of existing structures while maintaining ongoing school

activities

. Interior demolition of existing finishes, windows, and all electrical,

plumbing and all HVAC systems in portions of buildings to remain

. Renovation of existing buildings to remain and installation of new

casework, windows and complete finishes of existing buildings

including new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems

. New additions including; Gymnasium, Auditoriums, Classroom Additions

and site work at all three buildings

. Complete renovation of kitchens, including new equipment at three

buildings

. Oversaw this entire project as the sole Project Superintendent on

these three buildings at three separate locations with ongoing

multiple activities at five different locations within the three

buildings.

. Work also included six complete new wings at the three schools

throughout project while maintaining school normal operations.

Independent Quality Control Consulting Work, Cleveland Clinic /

Intercontinental Hotel Cleveland, Ohio and isaster damage assessment at

Case western University

. Private quality control consulting work on building envelope

restoration, including overseeing the entire waterproofing and

moisture protection activity at the

attended Lakeland Community College part time during this project

. Damage assessment to interior and exterior of all buildings at the

case western university campus ( 90 to 100 individual buildings)
