• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all computer hardware and multifunctional devices for
Aerospace Systems; this includes Dell, Compaq, IBM, HP, Cannon, Lexmark and other various
brands.
• Provide technical input and analyses on computer hardware standards and custom configurations for
process controllers and test equipment for all functional organizations; manufacturing, engineering,
safety, administration, test area, and others.
Accomplishments:
• Team lead in evaluation, product selection, testing and configuration of company-wide computer and
printer refresh projects; expertise and technical knowledge contributed to the project going from a
$24.5M budget to a $12.0M budget over the course of the refresh schedules.
• Successfully led a rollout project team effort in deploying over 4,000 plus desktop computers,
engineering workstations and laptops without impacting the users for more than 30 minutes each.
