O bjectives

I am currently obtaining a Bachelors degree in Spanish. With that degree I have several goals that I

would like to accomplish throughout my life. One of them is to be a Spanish teacher. I would like to

work on getting a bilingual teaching certificate. At the present moment I am seeking an opportunity in

w hich I can apply the skills that I have learned throughout my working experience.

S kills

I am able to speak, read and write in the Spanish language. I am experienced with Citrix, First Direct,

ACI, and other banking systems. I am also knowledgeable of Office works. I am able to type 45 words

per minute. I am also very familiar with navigating the internet and working on computers.

Work Experience

September 2007-January 2010 F rost Bank: Telephone Customer Service

Responsibilities: Assist customers with balances on checking accounts,

p lacing stop payments, providing all necessary information to

t he customer on their checking/savings/IRA/CD's/business/loans.

December 2006- October 2007 M .A.R.S.: Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities: This was a contracted company by Southwest General

Hospital. I was responsible in collecting fees from emergency

patients and all patients that were set up on payments for

medical services. If a patients qualified for any government help, I

was responsible for filling out applications and making sure that

t he patient brought in all i nformation necessary in order

to complete the application. If customer d id not qualify and

needed to be placed on a payment plan, I had to set up and call

customer to remind them about their payments.

Responsibilities: I was responsible for making jewelry and making sure

a ll merchandise was sent at the correct time.
