I am proficient in the use of the Resident Management System, (RMS) Database utilized by the
Army Corps of Engineers and the MAX system used for the issuance of access badges for
Redstone Arsenal. I can operate all manner of office equipment. I have knowledge of ISO 9000,
14000, and TL 9000 standards. I am familiar with ITAR Procedures. I possess strong PC skills in
using M/S Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook application suites. I have excellent written and
oral skills. I was Division Administrator for an Assurx database known as CATS Web for both
Huntsville Benchmark facilities. I trained all division CATS Web users. I have completed training

Duties: Using the Resident Management System (RMS) contract administration database as a
Project-tracking tool, I maintain suspense on all incoming and outgoing submittals, contractor
payroll, and prompt pay estimates. I set priorities that have an effect on the daily workflow. I
review and log documents, run reports and coordinate with the contractor, the Area Office, and
Resident/Project Engineers to ensure all documents are processed correctly and on time.
Working closely with Area Office personnel, I process and distribute modifications and pay
estimates for multiple contracts. I train new personnel on the processes required to input,
process, finalize and file submittal documents. I am responsible for the maintenance of official
files for military construction contracts. I review contractor payroll documents, provide advice to
contractors on procedures for the development and submittal of Certified Payrolls, follow up on
non-compliance, and finalized payrolls for processing of pay estimates. I utilize the MAX system
to generate visitor’s badges so that appropriate Contractor and Government personal can have
access to Redstone Arsenal. Compose routine correspondence of a non-technical nature.
Assisting the Property Manager, I maintain incoming and outgoing Government property.
Specifically, I manage the sub hand receipts and transfers across organizations within the area. I
coordinate with Mobile personnel to dispose of Government property to ensure accountability for
all inventory per Government guidelines. I report building issues to the proper authority and or
organization. I track those issues and note repairs and or resolutions on a spreadsheet in order to
identify trends that may need to be addressed. I assist the Team Leader in collecting timesheet
information, to include leave and overtime requests, training data, and the review and
transmission of TDY vouchers. I review incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring that high priory
items are processed in a quick and efficient manner. I receive and screen incoming calls and
visitors using the protocols set forth by the Corps of Engineers. I schedule meetings, interviews,
and conference calls for Corps Representatives and Contractors or other Government Agencies
and upper level officials. I schedule FedEx and UPS pick up for outgoing packages. I maintain the

Duties: I maintained, troubleshoot, trained approximately 200 users, and established permissions
within CATS Web, an Assurx database utilized to track corrective and preventive actions, for
both Benchmark facilities in the Huntsville area. I was successful in meeting the Corporate
mandated deployment date for the database and was one of the first to meet that mandate
globally. I was recognized by Corporate Headquarters for my accomplishments and was invited to
assist the other divisions in setting up training modules for their facilities. As CATS Web Division
