To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed, please find my resume in response to your job posting for the

Project Manager position.

Most recently employed as a Construction Project Manager with R.W. Smith &

Co in the Contract Design division, I am responsible for developing and

managing all aspects of multiple projects and personnel teams nationwide.

Duties and responsibilities include scheduling, procurement logs, site

performance and quality of trade installations. I also supervise

contracts, blueprints and design oversight, assemble proposals, submittals

and change orders as well as implement and uphold site safety plans. I am

also the point of contact for the owner's rep before and after the contract

award. In addition, I am the projects direct liaison with local

municipalities and government agencies for permitting and inspections.

Typical projects include Hospitals, Schools, Universities and Restaurants

as well as Government projects. The projects range in value from $650,000

- 6 million.

I feel my 10 plus years as a Project Manager would transition seamlessly to

your team given the diverse projects and people I've managed across the

country. I am self-starter, always eager to learn to try new things and

have excellent management skills. It would be difficult to indicate every

area of expertise in my resume, therefore I would appreciate meeting with

you to discuss my skills and qualifications in detail. You can contact me

on 949-***-**** to set up an appointment for an interview. Thanks for your

time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Jim Hanson
