Olade, Detour Bars and Tera's Whey.

. Managed 8 different regional broker firms within the assigned

. Responsible for management of existing foodservice customers in the

Western Region (West of Colorado), as well as for

pioneering & securing new distribution channels, new direct

customers, and a traditional foodservice sales broker network.

. Sales of Organic Valley(dairy, eggs) & Organic Prairie(meats)

foodservice & retail products into foodservice channels,

including restaurants, universities, K-12 private/public schools,

hospitals, ski resorts, broadline & independent foodservice

distributors, and contract management companies or "contract

feeders." Responsible for sales of over 150 organic dairy and

organic meat products, both in foodservice and portion control

sizes, as well as retail-packaged items suitable for

foodservice.

existing customer placement, turnover orders taken and

other sales activity (Meetings w/ distributor buyer etc.).

. Planned and participated in national and regional trade shows, as

well as personally planned & performed store demos.

product launch; Sales were down previous to my joining the

company.

. Secured Southern California, Whole Foods Market business for the

French Meadow line of products, in addition to securing a

. Created and produced a training tape for brokers to listen to in

their cars for education/training purposes.
