Joint Base San Antonio Staff Antiterrorism/Force Protection Officer and Security Specialist for the implementation and

operation of policies and procedures governing the Force Protection, Antiterrorism, and command Security Programs. I

have oversight in directing, managing, and evaluating three geographical separated installation infrastructures that

include, Fort Sam Houston, Lackland AFB and Randolph AFB Physical Security, Police Operations, and Anti-

directives, regulations, and policies of higher echelon as well as policies, procedures, organization structures, staffing

patterns, space allotments, and resources of the installation to insure that all possible problems are considered in

developing force protection plans. I conduct Unit AT Program Reviews, prepare AT Resource Requests, conduct Risk

Assessments using MSHARPP/CARVER to prepare criticality/Threat Matrixes', and identify Antiterrorism Roles and

Responsibility requirements in accordance with DOD and Air Force directives, such as MSHARP, CARVER, DODI

2000.16, DA PAM 190-12, DOD-2000.12-H, DODD 2000.12, AFI 10-245 and AFI 3100 series.

On behalf of the Wing Commander, primary lead for the Threat Working Group (TWG) and the Antiterrorism Executive

Committee (ATEC) comprised of functionally designated subject matter experts, Installation Commanders, 502 Wing

Commander, JTTF/OSI and all ATO's attached under the realm of 502 ABW; prepare and deliver briefings for command

and staff personnel in all realms of Physical Security, Antiterrorism and Police Services, including Federal, State and
