Superintendent, SR Construction, Las Vegas, NV 2005 to 2009

Utilized SureTrak develop project schedules to management subcontractors,

deliveries, and work. Generated three-week forecasts for each

subcontractor. Prepared daily reports. Coordinated necessary inspections

by city personnel. Conducted subcontractor meetings on safety. Performed

quality control and punch list checks. Addressed/resolved outstanding

issues. Met monthly with the bank examiner to review project budgets and

costs.

. I was brought in on a hospital project that we were going to lose due to

schedule overruns; I established a new project schedule, dealt with

difficult subcontracts to comply with the new plan and completed the job

on time to the customer's satisfaction. The hospital was so pleased with

the turnaround they award us a $58,000,000 new building contract.

. I managed 5 other multiple million dollar projects including hospitals,

churches medical office buildings; completing them on or before schedule

and resulting in a 14% improvement in rate of return than estimated.

Hired to turn around a poorly managed 250 unit apartment complex in Terre

Haute, IN. Spearheaded efforts to improve the facility, including cleaning

up the site, creating schedules, defining scope of work, and controlling

expenses. Instituted weekly meetings with subcontractors and held them

accountable for their performance; replaced underperforming subcontractors

and back-charged them when a more suitable replacement was hired.

. Took a project that was running behind schedule, no sub contractors on

site and transformed it into a smoothly functioning site completing the

Directed the development of multi-family dwellings, from establishing

infrastructure, utilities, roads, and buildings to obtaining certificates

of occupancy. Collaborated with the development/design team on several

with one based on data I had developed from past building experiences. I

formulated conceptual, preliminary, and detailed project estimates for
