Manager of all credit and collections activities for a small to medium

size manufacturer located in West Milwaukee, WI. Annual sales between

$32 million to $36 million. Both weekly and monthly reporting to

management of intake of cash, forecasting and providing full details of

high profile issues. Month-end reporting for upper level management

includes Excel charting, graphs, etc.

Accomplishments:

. Bad debt ratio under 2% for 4 years (Industry Average 7.5%).

. Average DSO 42 days with percentage of 30 day past due plus of 7.5%.

. Developed and implemented numerous collections letters, emails

etc to communicate with the dealer, buying groups, etc

thereby increasing the collections results and minimizing the

involvement of the sales team.

Medical System and various hospital middle/upper level management

personnel. Month-end reporting for upper level management included

. Managed a team of six in India for all collections under $100,000.

. Held position as #1 collector for 7.5 years through successful

collections of overdue invoices, arrangement of alternative payment

plans, researching and producing revised invoices to correct pricing

errors.
