and internship positions throughout BNP Paribas including the Fixed Income, Global
Equity & Commodity Derivatives, Structured Finance, Corporate Finance, Marketing,
Risk, Capital Markets Operations, and Information Technology teams. Campus
recruiting is also involved in creating training programs for the Analyst and
Associate platforms. During the 2009-2010 season, the team recruited and hired 59
summer interns and 50 permanent analysts and associates. Daily tasks include:
Managing ongoing relationships with administration staff at 18 top tier U.S. schools
and serving as main point of contact to coordinate on-campus interviews,
presentations, and career fairs.
Primary contact for over 2000 students for both undergraduate and graduate recruiting

The group is responsible for managing and processing both core and supplemental
benefit packages for approximately 2,500 employees in nine locations across the
United States. Benefit packages include but are not limited to medical, dental,
vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, retirement planning, child
care, transportation, and gym packages. Responsibilities included:
Reviewing, evaluating and negotiating corporate-wide benefit packages to ensure
optimal coverage and cost.
Organizing and managing the 4-week Annual Open Enrollment period, including the
benefits fair, and traveling to present and promote the new benefit scheme to each
satellite office.
Working directly with employees to help them to better understand coverage and
benefits and where necessary amend packages during life changing and other qualified
