My case for registration as Architect with NCARB is under process, I am
able to get that with in one year of hire.
EXPERIENCE
1) Presently working as Construction and landscaping foreman with a local
company namely Pinnacle Landscaping and Construction Inc Cumming GA 30040.
Here my responsibilities include but not limited to,
supervision/designing/work with labor at construction and landscaping
projects. We are mainly involved in grading, retaining walls, storm water
drainage, erosion control, landscaping, irrigation system, electrification,
swimming pools, other landscaping soft and hard features, building
construction and repairs.
2) I have served a county (TMA Gujrat) for 16 years as planning and
coordination officer. There, I have almost sixteen years of experience in
field of building and zoning code enforcement including plumbing,
Mechanical and electrical codes.
I have served as building Official/Planning officer in that county where I
perform following duties.
A) Enforcement of building and zoning codes.
B) Preparation, and getting approval of building and zoning codes from city
council after consultation with all stake holders including Architects,
engineers, property owners, representatives of real estate, traders,
chamber of commerce and all wakes of life .
C) Look after all legal matters pertaining to enforcement of building,
plumbing, electrical, mechanical and zoning codes.
D) No need to mention that during process of implementation of such
building and zoning codes, every thing related to public safety was taken
into consideration including but not limited to,
1) Fire safety, Fire blocking, stand pipes, fire extinguishers,
smoke control passive and active system, fire rating of structural non
structural members and flame spread indexes of wall floor and ceiling
coverings.
2) Nature of different occupancies like A1 A2 A3 A4, I1 I2 I3
I4 B, M, S1, S2, H1, H2 H3 H4 H5. Separation distance and fire separation
of separated, non separated, incidental and accessory occupancies. Height
and area limitations for all above mentioned occupancies.
3) All structural aspects of building construction including,
wind loads, Snow loads, flood, rain, earth quake, soil lateral etc. live
and dead loads structural and architectural specific requirements, Means
of egress, accessibility requirements.

J) Look after various housing projects.
K) Inspection of construction materials, stages of construction,
specification of construction and to verify that these are as per codes
or not.
L) Having vast experience of enforcement mechanism of building, plumbing,
electrical, mechanical codes/planning codes, Proper land use control. I
have also extensively supervised planning and building control staff.
Coordinate in all Planning and development projects. Especially I got
experience of community based programs with the coordination of citizen
community boards, for designing implementation and overseeing of such
community projects for example construction of pavements, roads, streets,
burial places, street lights, water-supply, sanitation, sewerage, drain
water, especially schemes of water purification.
M) Inspection testing and verification of plumbing installations of
building.

O) Inspection testing and verification of Mechanical installations of
