subsystems.

Referral CalWIN subsystems. These components represent approximately 10%

of the overall application and provided tremendous cost-savings

opportunities to the client.

. Authored and implemented CMMI-oriented Change Request processes,

. Designed and created processes for significant client-facing roles, such

as State workgroups and Consortium subcommittees.

. California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA): Led requirements

analysis and managed the technical implementation of a statewide system

to control and prevent the spread of harmful pests in the State of

California.

. UrbanDesign.com: Assessed and implemented the business plan culminating

in an online solution. Leadership through Joint Application Design (JAD)

sessions, system development and deployment transformed the paper-based

business plan to a fully functional B2B solution.

. Sutter Health: Defined and managed the implementation of the corporate

content management solution, Interwoven, for use across the entire

network of hospitals and health services within the Sutter network.

enhance customer communication via web-based service offerings.

. Coordinated multi-state engineering resource centers for the Year 2000

project. Developed an award-winning intranet site to depict project

progress, disseminate information about tools, internally developed Y2K

management systems, and source code for conversion routines.

. Designed, coded, and tested multi-platform programs, including WCDS

interface with other Human Service systems, including the Ventura

Automated Collection System (VACS) and the statewide Child Welfare
