organizational systems, processes and documents. Compiled and formatted
Safe Escape and Delivery data into NATIP publishable charts and figures for
both fixed wing and helicopter aircraft. Also created and edited templates
for deliverables. Acquired detailed technical knowledge of various
ballistics weapons and software used in the development of NATIP Maneuver
Descriptions and Safe Escape Chart notes. Developed several team
organizational systems, processes and documents. Created, reviewed and
performed Quality Assurance evaluations of several NATIP technical

publication documents.

requirements for the Ballistics Department SEAL Program and entering them

various Ballistics Department software. Responsible for creation,
clarification, analysis and traceability of requirements through the use of
RequisitePro. Fulfilled Configuration Management duties to document
software development. This also required proficient use of a variety of in-
house Ballistics software to obtain truth data. Participated in and
occasionally led the Software Requirements Team panel. Tracked
documentation via the use of Rational ClearQuest and Rational ClearCase
software.
Software Certification and Functional Tester, ManTech Systems Engineering
Corporation, 1998 - 2006
Developed and executed test cases for various department-developed software
programs, analyzed data outputs in conjunction with the performance of test
cases, and fulfilled Configuration Management duties to document software
development. Deveolped, executed and updated software program
documentation and Software Functional Test Plans based on the Software
Requirements Specification. Attended, participated and led code-
walkthrough meetings and software review board meetings.
Facility Security Officer, ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation, 1995 -
1998
Solely responsible for administering and coordinating the ManTech Lexington
Park Office Security Program. Provided liaison between ManTech and the
Defense Investigative Service (DIS) for employee interviews and
investigations. Responsible for reviewing, processing and submitting all
employee security paperwork to DIS; conducting NATO, COMSEC and STU III
briefings and debriefings; and processing DD 254's in conjunction with the
award of new tasks/contracts to subcontractors. Ensured proper
safeguarding of all classified materials delivered to and stored in the
local office, and routinely updated the Standard Practice and Procedures
Manual. Duties also included overseeing the physical security system of
the building. Concurrently trained in all areas of Human Resources to
