Estimated for budget, claims and negotiated change orders for 12 post
award Contracts-those have architectural features like glass curtain wall,
metal claddings, glass bridges, skylight roof, pent house roof with garden,
swimming pool and luxury interiors. Those projects are-a massive
residential complex, four commercial buildings, a pilot plant for
researches, two Hyatt's five star hotel projects and three road projects
that includes one for Qatar Petroleum.

the five star hotel projects that resulted in allowance and allocation
of cost for the Contractor and Consultant.
* Prepared winning Bids for 1. Renovations in Beer School in Washington
DC ($0.688mn). This 4 months project returned the company more than
$300,000 net profit. 2. Design & build 6POD class rooms at Laurel Ele.
school for PG County in MD ($4.892mn plus Change Orders to $0.6mn) and
3. Renovation of Unit 1 at 631 Gold street for Baltimore Housing
($212,314) and many other competitive bids as well. 4.Developed the
winning Bids for- 38 Km Um Bob Road work in Qatar as part of two man
team, 5 Dubai Health Care City (7 buildings) & 6 The MR Business Park
in Dubai.
* Reviewed, negotiated & settled proposals with Prime & Sub Contractors.
Prepared Order of Magnitude estimate (OME) for Main Terminal Aero
Train People Moving Station at Dulles Intl. Airport.
* Saved more than a $100,000 for the Prime Contractor in Park Hyatt
Dubai hotel project during final settlement of the rebar in concrete
structure with the Structural Consultant (LCC) and the Project
Management Consultant (Mirage Mille Leisure). This item of steel, the
Contractor did work, but missed to claim by pointing out the technical
& commercial errors in LCC's Bar Bending schedule which was being used
for the settlements. When I was posted in that project, I pointed out
with the Consultants and after many meetings, it was finally settled
by saving to the Contractor.
* As part of 2 men Consultant's estimating team, reviewed claims and
Change Orders of four Prime Contractors for constructing 84 buildings-
the second largest housing complex in New Bombay. I participated in
this complex from conceptual stage to final settlements.
