* Exceptional knowledge of science and technology needed to design novel
metallic materials.
* Outstanding experience in fabricating composite with chemical vapor
deposition (CVD) and powder metallurgy.
* Solid background in thermochemistry, diffusion kinetics, and
crystallography.
* Diverse characterization skills, including SEM, EDS, XRD, AFM and EIS.
* Strong skills in Finite Element Method (FEM) for multiphysics modeling
with Comsol Multiphysics, including heat transfer, mass transfer and
fluid dynamics.
* Extensive experience in using thermochemcial softwares, such as
Thermocalc, Factsage, Pandat and Mtdata, to perform phase diagram
calculations and database construction for multicomponent systems within
the CALPHAD framework.
* Extensive experience in using kinetic softwares, such as Dictra and
Matcalc, to perform diffusion calculations and database construction for
multicomponent systems within the CALPHAD framework.
