Main accomplishment involved budgetary planning for a co-extrusion

blow molding machine installation, final acceptance testing in Italy, and

installing the machine in Geneva, NY. Project management was utilized

along with a "hands on" approach to install the machine. This

included instructing other on completing tasks via timeline schedule,

implementing SOP's and IQ/OQ's, working with contractors to install

equipment, etc.

Other objectives involved process improvement, new tooling

implementation,

designing new fixtures, and several production line installations.

May 2008 - January 2009

Main accomplishment included assembling and operating a semi-

automated production line. Experienced and learned what actually goes

into manufacturing a high-quality product. Internship also involved

learning injection/extrusion blow molding processes via means working

with blow molding dept.
