Warehouse Superintendent (1/2007 to 3/2009)
Managed operation of multiple warehouse buildings in support of a 24/7
metal forming and injection & rotational molding production facility,
monitoring and improvement of procedures for raw material and component
storage and timely distribution, coordination of internal transactional
systems and procedures, document and analyze patterns of internal WIP (work
in progress) component movement between production facilities and
departments. Responsible for obtaining purchase quotes and maintenance cost
control of equipment including forklifts and other types of material
movement equipment, storage trailers, and packaging equipment. Assist in
creating and implementing lean initiatives, monitoring and adjusting kanban
levels, and training and supervision of deployment personnel.

receiving of raw materials and shipment of finished goods. Oversaw all
phases of plant operations including quality control, purchasing of raw
materials, shipping & receiving, scheduling, inventory control, employee
training and maintenance management. Interacted with the engineers of
customers resolving change, quality and operational issues. Analyze
production and delivery schedules in order to create forecasts.
> Designed layout and set up production machinery placement and warehouse
for a new 90,000 square foot facility that provides the foundation for
