Manage the follow up care for patients who undergo minimally invasive
weight loss surgery for morbid obesity. Instruct patients prior to surgery
with a presentation about what to expect in the recovery, weight loss, and
maintainence phase of our program. I consult with a team of health
professionals and plan support group meetings to promote and assist
patients with information needed to make important health and wellness
decisions.

Grant Recipient October 2004 to June 2005
Received a grant from this non-profit organization which places recent
graduates in internships in the environmental field. Wrote a grant to
prepare a Early Warning Detection Workshop for both US and Canadian
drinking water suppliers sharing the St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, and
the Detroit River as their source. Organized the conference material,
brochures, and guest speakers who presented the latest information to
network water quality monitoring equipment and provide a forum to discuss
the methods required to develop such a plan.

Reviewed reports, consulted with Detroit River stakeholders, contacted
