operations in the cleaning room, such as Manipulator Operator, Panel

Manipulator Operator: Effectively collaborated with management and

production forums in implementing advanced techniques in handling castings

on Shaker conveyors resulting in expedient and efficient production.

. Evaluated and deciphered 3300 castings on the shaker conveyor for

conforming to casting specifications on each shift. Met 100%

. Trimmed castings to accommodate production line standards.

Panel /Robot Operator: Accurately and proactively assured quality engine

heads were produced through tracking, reporting, and directing computer

panel to correct specific problematic areas in engine heads.

. Ran and maintained production line producing various castings

consisting of I Blocks and V Blocks, averaging 480 I blocks to 660 V-

Blocks/GM Blocks per shift.

through means of cooperative work relationships with other departments
