resulted in a below budget three year agreement.

Manufacturing that was designed to identify high-potential talent,
drive the implementation of appropriate development plans and
highlight areas in need of additional bench strength.
Led HR initiatives associated with the manufacturing footprint
reduction project including effects bargaining with the United
Steelworkers leading to the sale of King's Rochester, MI facility.
