manufacturing and distribution facilities in five states. Responsible for
communicating the program to Publix associates, the public and government

years. Developed a comprehensive recycle measurement system using
innovative technology, to further increase recovery of materials for

in the fifth largest County in Florida.

creating and directing the education, special events, and commercial
recycling programs, multi-media advertising program and the County's
recyclables drop-off collection system staff.
. Managed the planning and design of the integrated solid waste management
complex. Performed analyses of the proposed waste management facilities,
