recyclables drop-off collection system staff.

. Managed the planning and design of the integrated solid waste management

complex. Performed analyses of the proposed waste management facilities,

resulting in a drastic shift of the County's policies and strategies.

Started up and operated the County's first materials recovery facility

and the household hazardous waste collection facility, including

. Led all construction management projects for the River Authority. Trained

including portions of the environmentally and historically sensitive

River Walk. Responsible for bringing projects in on schedule and under

budget.
