-1WORK EXPERIENCE/HISTORY
Real Estate Consultant, Indianapolis, IN - (11/2000-Present)
As a Real Estate Agent with Carpenter GMAC Real Estate (11/00 - 10/02), They helped me “learn the ropes”. Carpenter had a very
extensive training course for their new agents. Additionally, there were 2 very experienced managers that walked me through every deal.
This allowed me to tap into their wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with a wide variety of real estate issues. My experience
in dealing with bank foreclosures, HUD, VA, short sales and many day to day real estate concerns was expanded. The encouragement
was to remember that “listing properties was the name of the game”. With that in mind, I received many awards including “Listing
Agent of the Month” several times. Upon reaching my goals in that phase of my real estate career, it was time to move
on
As a Real Estate Agent/Associate Broker with RE/MAX Real Estate Groups (10/02 - 12/04), my objective was to broaden my horizons.
My goals have been and continue to be to constantly enhance and broaden my real estate knowledge and education including closely
related areas. Having experienced the RE/MAX philosophy of “being in business for myself but not by myself” was a great help to me.
This allowed me to have many resources at my disposal to establish myself in the Indianapolis marketplace as well as develop many
contacts to add to my ever-growing network. This experience allowed me to prove to myself and others my capabilities as a
knowledgeable, trustworthy, respected and competent real estate consultant, again it was time to move on to the next level ~ my
