This company started with 8 people with revenue of $4.8M annual profit. I was hired to help grow this

company and give it direction, structure and vision. Leather Italia USA started as a “Mom and Pop”

business. With my vision and many hours of direction and dedication and with a great “team” in place,

this business grew from $4.8M to $30M in five short years. Now this company is nationally known and

has a bright future!

• Provided high level administrative and operations support to CEO a wholesaler of leather furniture sold

nationwide and Canada.

• Collaborated with CEO to design industry specific software.

• Worked countless hours with programmer while designing the software and eventual upgrades.

• Created departments, hired personnel, trained personnel on responsibilities of their specific department

and software.

• Reduced company credits by establishing charge-back procedures to our factories, thus saving the

company $40,000 annually. Created spreadsheets for charge back items to be sent monthly to factories.

• Negotiated contracts with all vendors, (ADT, Nuvox, Progress Energy, copiers etc.), saving the

• Managed the purchasing department. Assuring all stock containers and direct containers, (to customers)

application service provider. Within three years the software division, (Known as MicroVision, Inc.) was

sold and went “Live” as Accountant’sWorld LLC. MicroVisionwas sold for $10M to a competitor.

Accountant’sWorld is a very successful presence on the World Wide Web and continues to grow today.

• Oversee all correspondence, travel arrangement and schedules for VP.

• Coordinated all aspects for setup of seminars and shows.

• Created PowerPoint presentations for seminars and shows.

• Worked with programmers in the development of the ASP.

• Collaborated with VP to create marketing techniques that would advertise our upcoming migration from

accounting software to ASP.
