My duties included answering phones, making copies of documents and blueprints, filing, greeting

that the Heart Association used; Siebel, Kintera and Auction Maestro. Sadly, I only received
partial training in these systems which made it extremely difficult to do my job. It was not possible
to keep up with the work in the 20 hours I was allotted per week, especially since the training on
the applications they used was limited.

local and remote users. I was part of the AstraZeneca IT department outsourced to IBM on 2/01/01
but remained at AstraZeneca performing the same jobs as before the outsourcing. I worked in a
customer service area and was part of a call group for the entire 16 years I worked at AstraZeneca.
Due to the tragedy of 9/11/01 the amount of video conference rooms ended up tripling. I was
transferred the video conference group. I was the backup for the Team Lead. In 2005 IBM Global
Services started downsizing. I was part of the first group to be laid off.

responsible for keeping an inventory of parts regularly used by the Field Engineers. When needed

delivered overnight. I also had to update the inventory database in a timely manner.
7/79 to 8/81 – NCR Comten, Inc., Rockville, MD and Bala Cynwd, PA: Associate Systems

This gave the IRS their first IAP/RJE system; connected the programmers in Washington, DC with
