General Superintendent. Fautt Homes, LLC. Alamo, Ca. 2007 - 2009

. Responsible for the production of multi-million dollar custom home

sites.

. Preparation of scope of work for new jobs.

. Manage all subcontractors and timeline of construction build.

. Over see all aspects of the SWPPP program, including, but not limited

to, installation and daily maintenance.

. Manage all off-site improvements on 3 lot minor subdivision from bids

to awarding contracts to over seeing the installation and dealing with

public works on a daily basis.

. Submit PG&E applications for new custom homes.

. Manage pre-construction meetings with all utility companies prior to

start of joint trench.

. Submit permit applications for building permits, plan check comments

and submit school fees.

. Work with all public municipalities, including East Bay Mud, Central

Sanitation District, San Ramon Fire District, C.C.C. Public Works

Department, C.C.C. Building Department, Bay Area Air Quality Control,

Vacaville Public Works Department, Vacaville Building Department, and

Vacaville Unified School District.

. Responsible for day-to-day operations of customs homes from 1.6

million to 3 million in Vacaville Ca. (Cheyenne Estates) and Alamo Ca.

(Muir Lane Estates & Montecito Estates)

. In charge of handling homeowner orientations, 30-day follow-ups, all

warranty claims and 1-year warranty follow-ups.

. Worked close with president of Fautt Homes to come up with cost

savings ideas that would be performed in-house.

. Managed the demolition and clearing of old dwellings which includes

abatement contractor, Bay Area Air Quality Control, Arborist and demo

contractor for Montecito Estates.

. Respond to planning department comments for approval and coordinate

with Architect and Engineer to resolve those issues.

Land Development Superintendent. KB Home, Sacramento, Ca 2005 - 2007

. Over see Land Development for multiple large communities (Elk Grove,

Rancho Cordova, West Sac, Natomas, Lincoln and Yuba City).

. Coordinate weekly site improvement meetings with civil engineer and

underground contractors to go over schedules and job cost.

. Manage and put new jobs out to bid including all site improvements,

parks, perimeter walls, streetscape landscaping and entry monuments.

. Work close with team members- director of land development, forward

planners, land acquisition and accounts payable.

. Coordinate with site superintendents to go over site improvements and

schedules for start of vertical construction.

. Responsible for having all bonds signed off at closed out communities

(site improvements, streetscapes, parks, etc).

General Superintendent / Superintendent. KB Home, Sacramento, Ca.

1999 - 2005

. Superintendent for several communities for the North Bay Division

(Rancho Cordova, Cameron Park, Yuba City, Lincoln and Citrus Heights).

. Managed a master planned community with 4 product lines and my team

was responsible for 3 of them with a average delivery of 20 to 25 a

month while maintaining 95% to 100% customer service index.

. I have always exceeded quarterly and yearly business plans with the

customer and quality being the number one focus.

. Helped out with the customer service department with claims when

needed.

. Built 4 models (Three 2 stories and 1 single) in Lincoln Ca. in 28

calendar days from date of permit received to grand opening.

General Superintendent / Superintendent. KB Home, Las Vegas. 1993

- 1999

. General Superintendent for 3 separate subdivisions in the Las Vegas

area before transferring to the Sacramento North Bay Division.

. Managed 6 different communities over a 4-year period prior to moving

up to General Superintendent position.
