OBJECTIVE:
I am looking for a position to showcase my wide array of administrative
skills. I have a strong desire to meet new challenges and am looking for
an opportunity with a company that offers advancement and recognition to

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
MedQuist. December 2009 to Present.
Medical Transcriptionist duties include transcribing the dictation of more
than 400 specialists in cardiology, oncology, hematology, orthopedics,
pediatrics, neuroscience, and emergency medicine.
Intermedix/EPDS. November 2007 to December 2009.
Medical Transcriptionist duties included transcribing hospital emergency
room dictation for over 200 doctors from 9 different hospitals across the
United States.
Professional Packaging Systems. May 2006 to May 2007.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / OFFICE MANAGER (OKC Branch) duties
included supporting the work of the sales and service team for the OKC
branch with a variety of tasks that must be done within the company to
facilitate the delivery of goods and services to the customers. I assisted
the salesperson with price and product comparisons and information,
presentations, arranging meetings with customers and anything else needed.
Responsible for maintaining goodwill between the company and its customers
by answering their phone calls, solving problems, data entry, receiving,
entering, and tracking orders, deliveries / pick-ups and returns, verifying
product availability and various other customer relations. Also included
supervising and maintaining all aspects of the company's warehouse and
delivery service. My most notable accomplishment was the organization of
the company's warehouse inventory into a concise, easy to use bin system
thereby alleviating past difficulties with the inventory management.
Hall Chiropractic Neurology Center. January, 1996 to September, 2003.
OFFICE MANAGER duties consisted of dealing with all aspects of patient
processing to include: answering all incoming calls, appointment schedules,
maintaining patient records, verifying, filing & follow-up with insurance
benefits; accounts receivable; as well as typing patient reports and all
correspondence with doctors, lawyers, etc. I performed all functions of
the day-to-day requirements of maintaining the office. I was also
responsible for maintaining my employer's professional and personal
schedules (this included making all travel arrangements, teaching/seminar
schedules, etc.).
SEMINAR COORDINATOR duties were comprised of researching supplied subject
matter to develop PowerPoint presentations with little to no guidance other
than the topic, as well as all aspects of seminar preparation to include:
lecture site preparation, attendee registration, audio/video documentation,
certification of exams, all correspondence with universities and program
sponsors as well as managing all travel arrangements for my employer. My
employer was a well-respected and sought after lecturer throughout the U.S.
and Canada and traveled three to four weekends per month.
Oklahoma Indigent Defense System. October, 1992 to January, 1996.
FINANCE DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT. Duties included creation and maintenance of
all confidential personnel records, all insurance correspondence, fleet
management, tracking procurement requests, completing purchase orders, and
processing of all time / attendance records as well as travel arrangements
for all agency employees.
LEGAL SECRETARY. Duties included providing administrative and technical
support for seven attorneys and 11 investigators to include office
automation, filing, tracking of court activities and information, and
coordination of division team efforts. Served as telephone liaison between
the attorneys and their clients and courts, preparation and maintenance of
all legal records, transcription / dictation, data entry, and schedule
coordination for all seven attorneys and 11 investigators to include all
travel arrangements and expert witness interviews. Ability to use
databases and spreadsheets to track case progress/details for report
productions was also required in my position.
Oklahoma Publishing Company. April, 1992 to October, 1992.
AD-VISOR/OFFICE SUPPORT. Duties included customer service in placing
advertising and data entry. Prepared legal affidavits and maintained
filing system.
Mustang Fuel Corporation. April, 1991 to September, 1991 and April, 1992

CLERICAL SUPPORT, LEGAL, GAS OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNTING. Duties included
typing correspondence and other reports, maintaining filing systems,
