Mr. Capdeville has over forty well rounded years experience in the
construction industry as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QAQC inspector
and tradesman, with twenty-five years in the Carpenters Union working
jointly as journeyman carpenter and millwright. Five years in the Operators
Union as a Journeyman Instrument surveyor assigned to Metro subway
projects.

On- Site Project Manager- Prince Georges County Family Crisis Center. 2M
Owner Representation for a 5200 SF Renovation of an existing shelter and a
5100 SF two story addition creating 16 client rooms, 5 bathrooms, dining
hall, family room, children's room, six offices, library with computer
workspaces, elevator and outdoor deck and patio on 2.2 acres.

On-Site Project Manager - Adventure Sports Center International (ASCI)
Whitewater Course McHenry, Md. Development of a professional White Water
Course and operations building on top of Marsh Mountain in Western
Maryland. This $24M+ project required management and inspection of the
entire worksite to ensure safety and quality.

Interim Construction Manager- contracted with ASCI as Interim Owner's Rep
during the Winter Shutdown period to establish As-Built status of Contract
One, review and recommendation for Progress Payment applications, assist
Design Team with preparation of three additional contracts and associated
addendums, as well as conducting site tours for prospective bidders.

Construction Manager - assigned to Alpha Corporation as Owner's Rep to
ASCI. Project is co-administered by EDA [Dept. of Commerce] as well as
State and County involvement. Duties consisted of General Project Oversight
and Quality Assurance, Contractor Progress Payment Application review and
recommendation, Safety Evaluations, Change Management and review, Close-out
review and recommendations.
FRONTIER SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS April 2004-
June 2005
Site Supt. / QC Systems Manager/ Safety Officer; managed a small project at
US Border Patrol Station in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico for the above referenced
firm. It was a USACE project involving underground installation of new
utilities [potable water, fire suppression, sanitary sewer and storm sewer,
CCTV and Security Infrastructure, and installation of perimeter security
fencing as well as site lighting and surveillance system. Duties included
maintaining project schedule, coordination of all sub-contractors, daily
client interface since base was operational, writing and maintaining daily
logs, generating QC Reports and three phase checks on the Corps online RMS
system, and generating monthly progress payment applications.

Site Supt. Responsibilities included generating RFI's for design
discrepancies and unforeseen conditions that will in turn generate RFQ's,
means and methods for tasks at hand inclusive of manpower distribution and
equipment, material handling and scheduling, site security, attending all
progress and coordination meetings, maintaining an accurate daily log, and
supplying details to update progress schedule. Projects include Renovation
of Building B, DC Superior Court, Phase One, for GSA (11.4 Million, major
mechanical and electrical upgrade as well as refurbishing and retrofitting
all millwork in phase one while building is 33% occupied) and Demolition,
Asbestos and Lead Abatement, and installation of 917 new Pella aluminum
clad wood windows inclusive of security screen system at McKinley Technical
HS, Washington DC for US Army Corps of Engineers (4 Million). Also
assisting in the development of two design build projects for GSA/ Dept. of
State. Additional duties include management of small projects for GSA and
Construction Management for several projects for Ft. Berthold Development
Corporation. Fort Berthold is a small Native American 8A firm that is an
affiliation of three Native American tribes from North Dakota that has been
awarded projects at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum and at the Rowley
Secret Service Training Center.

bi-monthly status reports

Gen. Supt. Duties included opening and operating new regional office in
Dallas, TX. Site Supt. for 20 acre Superfund HAZMAT Remediation and
demolition site. Estimating and onsite management of DOS Term Remediation
Contract at various posts overseas [US Consulate, Toronto, Canada, Paris,
France, Tokyo, Japan, Montevideo, Uruguay, SA]. Specific duties included
advance site visits, coordination with American embassy personnel and
foreign vendors, shipping major equipment, establishing short term banking
arrangements, and researching and implementing local [foreign] regulatory
requirements and disposal procedures.
