I have spent the past twelve years in an office environment serving

The main focus of my job is to talk to my customers on the phone and help

if a mistake has been made to their order. In addition, I helped keep our
warehouse in good order by using the SAP system and keeping track of
inventory.

the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union. This job helped

diagnosis of the insured and their benefits. I also quoted benefits to
medical facilities and union members.
