the retail operation. These included, but were not limited to:
• Successfully launched new company from scratch.
• Effectively negotiated and won USPS Sub-Station contract; to be opened
inside our store location.
• Built up sales volume to $3.0 million.
• Handled all HR, payroll and benefit responsibilities for 36 employees.

Responsible for all aspects of each retail location: sales, profit, staffing, environment and the
maintaining of company standards. This was done through:
• Hiring and training entire store staffs. - hired, trained, and promoted 8 Assistant
Managers to full Store manager positions.
• Maximize store sales - Increased store sales at every assigned location: twice took
stores to #1 annual sales position from middle of the pack.
• Met sales goals as well as profit and controllable expense goals.
• Organized, executed and managed two brand new stores from set-up to
opening, and beyond.
• Acted as a Trouble Shooter, taking over sagging operations and turning stores
around to show sales increases and renewed profitability.

and staffing units. Took Seaside, California operation to #1 in the nation for net profit
1980.
As District Manager oversaw 12 Bay Area operation and 4 in the Las Vegas area. After one
year the district had the lowest rate of "shrinkage" in the Western Region.
