Antony is an internationally recognized expert in supply chain strategy,

chain planning (S&OP) with his credentials including published articles,
conference presentations, and his status as a Guest Lecturer at the

As founder and 25% equity partner, assumed full P&L and operational
responsibilities across the group of companies including all financial,
legal, and infrastructure matters. Group company responsibilities included
creating the business plans for new companies, building a management team,
establishing the companies, and assuming an ongoing MD and Chair role at
subsidiaries. Investment responsibilities included identifying potential
investments, making the business case, negotiating deals, and post-
investment supervision.

British Food Business Case study to redesign the Global Supply Chain

Won the project and led an independent consulting team of 5
Germany and a client team of 8 in the global supply chain redesign
project (contract value $300k).
Revenue: Instigated and led the strategy and business case to shift
$150m+ the supply network from a "Make to Forecast" to a "Blend to
Order" model.
Presented strategy and business case to executive
leadership which led to the agreement to implement the new
supply chain model, in combination with the implementation

Arrow Pan-European Supply Network Redesign
Electronics Senior Supply Chain consultant on the project to redesign
the European Distribution Network of Arrow Electronics in
Germany Europe, the world's largest distributor of professional
electronic components.
Revenue: Won the project and led a consulting team of 5 and a client
$1bn+ team of 10 in a Pan-European network redesign project with
a contract value circa $200k.
Responsible for the approach and supply chain modeling
methodology and definition of the solution direction.
The project resulted in the decision to close the warehouse
of Arrow in Frankfurt and service the German and eastern
European markets from the warehouse in Venlo (Netherlands).
Project successfully implemented with annual savings of
circa $2.5m.
Innocent Pan-European S&OP Process Design and Implementation
Drinks Won the project and worked as business process consultant
and project manager for the definition of new and

Revenue: End to end project management and process leadership from
$200m+ for a new S&OP (supply chain planning) process and systems.
