distributors. A subsidiary of the DEB Group
In England, the US affiliate has annual revenues approaching $50M with 100 employees.
Responsibilities include the management of all financial and accounting functions with
accountability extended to financial statements and profit and cash flow analysis.

Have direct leadership of the following functions: financial reporting, budgeting and
forecasting, general accounting, Information Systems, and Human Resources, which
includes payroll and benefits administration, with a staff of 6 direct reports.

During this double digit hyper growth, the reporting staff increased by just 1from 5 to

Negotiated the annual employee benefit programs saving the company $100K from the
original renewal, by using different tactics depending on the situation or seeking out

Directed the conversion of the company 401K program to a more robust plan with expense
rations a tenth of the previous plan, saving the employees thousands of dollars in
their personal retirement plans.

A North American manufacturing company with offices in upstate NY, corporate offices in
NYC, and sales offices in Canada. Manufacturer of air tools for all sectors of the
economy: Industrial, Automotive and Construction Industries. The company went through a
hostile buyout in the early 1990's and then was spun off from the new owner and
purchased by a Swedish company, Atlas Copco Tools. In 1997 the company moved its
manufacturing operations to Rock Hill, SC.

As the Corporate Finance Manager I managed a staff of 10 in corporate finance, being
responsible for all legal and operational financial reporting and was the lead on the
conversion to Hyperion software for the Alliance Tools Division. I oversaw the
successful transition of the accounting department's physical move from Utica, NY to
Rock Hill, SC.
As the International Finance Manager, I reported and consolidated the financial results
for the international businesses of Chicago Pneumatic. I purchased all foreign
currency contracts, reported on and financial income and expenses as compared to
budgets and forecasts. I also performed periodic audits overseas.
As the Manager of the Canadian Accounting Operations I did all the planning, budgeting,
and financial analysis for our company in Toronto. I was the key person in the
reorganization of the 12 office personnel in Canada into the operations in the US
utilizing existing headcount and saving the company $900,000 per year.
As a Senior Financial Analyst I streamlined the monthly closing cycle form a period of
four days down to two days, while consistently meeting target dates for completion. I
automated several financial reports reducing duplication among reports requiring that
all original data be input only once.
