Responsibilities includes: Started out as a property manager, duties included to receive rent monies, accounts receivable, overseeing

maintenance crew, payroll, posting all payments, posting maintenance problems, 7-day, 10-day, and 30-day evictions, heavy collections,

maintaining occupancies, monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit and loss reports. I then moved to their sister company where I began to sell

all types of flooring, which included residential and commercial, estimates, working with laymen and contractors, heavy collections,

product ordering, heavy telemarketing and inventory control and customer follow-up

OTTINGS CONSTRUCTION AND RENTALS

Responsibilities includes: Overseeing day to day office duties, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, overseeing different

owners properties, paying them their monthly rental income, yearly reports to owners and their 1099's, heavy collections, hiring and firing

of employees, overseeing a 5-men maintenance crew, evictions, 10-key, internet, monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit and loss reports, and

bank deposits.

Responsibilities includes: Scheduling appointments, vital signs, patient history, x-rays, administering shots, insurance verification, taking

specimens and putting them in the appropriate place, collections, and assisting the doctor, collections on 30-day accounts, sterilization of

all instruments, writing prescriptions, making sure the patients come first, accounts receivable, ordering supplies, keeping the rooms

stocked,and ran front office making large bank deposits.
