PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Casey Carpet Services; Marietta, Ga. 1991 to present

Owner/Operator of a full service residential flooring sales and installation company.

Entrepreneur using hands on approach to manage all the day to day operations and sales.

Expanded services provided to include wood flooring in 2005. Total Sales Volume over 120K in

the last 7 of 10 years.

Sales responsibilities include:

Marketing and lead generation from referrals. Consist of remodelers, builders, flooring outlet stores, investors,

real estate agents, pay per lead sources, and small business owners. I currently have a database of

approximately 300 existing and prospective clients that receive monthly emails; generate 75% of all

monthly billing.

Marketing and lead generation from cold calling methods. Distributing flyers, responding to consumers who

purchased flooring in Dalton, Ga., canvassing neighborhoods and word of mouth advertising. Inquires

generated by the company website and other sources comprise all cold call activities. Approximately 25% of

monthly revenue is generated by cold calls.

Operational duties include:

Estimate/Bid Proposal for jobs - includes an in-home presentation of products, a physical measurement of area

to receive flooring and all details pertinent for the completion of work. A timeline, a detailed scope of the

work performed and payment arrangements are also finalized...

Supervision of installation- responsible for all details associated with performance of the install; securing

materials for the job, overseeing/scheduling of contractors, reviewing the work with the customer to ensure

satisfaction, etc.

Administrative tasks- customer billing, material and supplies acquisition, subcontractor pay, taxes, insurance,

etc.
