Consultant Project Manager

Projects: Was hired in order to negotiate a $6,000,000 job in Franklin, LA

for Gulfcraft Inc... While trying to negotiate the Gulfcraft job, assisted

with the project management of Entergy Waterford Nuclear Plant OSGSF

Building. This building is a poured in place concrete structure with 3'

thick slab, 2' thick walls and 18" thick roof, with concrete pre-cast wall

panels to close up the front of the building. Also the project manager for,

Louisiana Federal Credit Union meetings and storage building, wrote all

subcontracts and purchase orders, reviewed shop drawing for compliance. Was

unable to negotiate the Gulfcraft job, but did get the plans to bid and

Regal decided not to bid the project.

Ollinger Construction, Inc. Mobile, AL

2001 to 2010

President/CEO Project Manager

Projects: Gulfstream Natural Gas, 4 Pre-Engineered Metal buildings one with

overhead crane and office. Masonic Building Fire Restoration, installed

temporary shoring, gutted the interior, tuck pointed structural connection

points, drove pilings and installed 4 floors of structural steel. Saenger

Theater Concession Addition tore out existing mezzanine walls and built

new, poured concrete floor, and completed the finish bars and concession.

Interior renovation to the Mobile and Pensacola airports necessary to

install new bagged screening post 911. New Office Building for Radcliff

Economy Marine, Interior build out for a Law Office, Phase One Saenger

Theater Renovations, consisted of new state of the art HVAC, stage rigging,

new sound system, acoustical wall systems, new concession and bathrooms,

plaster repair, painting and decorative painting, new opera boxes. E-911

Emergency Building Upgrades, new blast proof glass, bullet proof walls and

interior finishes, UCI Communications Office, took and old ware-house and

converted it to upscale office, Springhill College, Moore Hall structural

masonry, Mobile Regional Senior Community Center a 20,000 sf multi purpose

building with plunge pool, athletic floor, kitchen, offices, exercise

rooms, computer room, pool table room and meeting rooms, the structure was

a slab on grade with vertical structure of masonry and structural steel

with a brick facade. Fastening Solution Office Building and spec building,

two pre-engineered metal building with overhead doors, interior office

build out., McGill Toolen Stadium Facility consisted moving existing metal

stands to south side, building metal home a visitor side, 5,000 seat

capacity, new home field house with bathrooms and referee office, new

visitor locker room with concession and masonry bath rooms under the entire

length of the home stands.. Bids for concrete super structure for the new

engineering and computer science building at the University of South

Alabama for Elkins Construction, Jacksonville Florida.

RCCI, Inc. Mobile, AL

2000 to 2001

Project Manager

Projects: Rave Motion Picture Theaters in Pensacola started from ground up,

a masonry with stucco exterior finish and structural steel frames for seats

and second floor projector rooms, with complete architectural build out, in

Hickory Creek, Texas, took over the construction of the facility with the

slab poured and concrete walls going up, finished the cmu and exterior

stucco, and completed the entire structural and architectural build out and

a concrete parking lot

Resort Communities

1987 to 1996

Project Manager/ Construction manager for seven major resorts in Vero

Beach, Florida, Lake Ozark, Missouri, Lafayette Louisiana, Fairhope Alabama

and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Built clubhouses, maintenance buildings, tennis

centers, natatorium, sales offices, pump stations and rest stations.
