Held full accountability for planning and directing majority of core
business functions, including Information Technology, Distribution,
Procurement, Customer Service, and Manufacturing. Provide hands-on
leadership to team of 6 Vice Presidents, Directors, and General Managers
responsible for performance of 1,500 associates in multiple domestic and
international locations. Report directly to the CEO and drive continual
improvements in overall operations, resulting in consistent achievement in

single entity, eventually reducing operating costs by $10 million
