Consult with clients directly in regards to job requirements and deadlines,
Traffic: Ad Work, CD/DVD Packages, Posters/Banners, Direct Mail Materials
and Corporate Stationery. Manage workflow & coordinate schedules of
prepress and print media for various fields. Data Entry - Enter jobs
electronically into company's job tracking system (HAGEN) and disburse work
accordingly. Review job requirements to Production Managers, Production
Staff and Sales Reps. Check company/client's FTP sites, Fax machine, Wamnet
and CSR's email for incoming or active jobs. Contribute to the operations
of other departments to expedite completion of jobs. Check film,
matchprints, kodaks, color lasers and PDFs before sending to clients or
outside vendors. Pick up files from FTP site and create layouts for Digital
Print Department.
