Project Manager Design

Practice I am an experienced hands-on project based architect.

I have worked on all phases of the architectural process on

a wide variety of project and construction types. I take a

projects from pre-design all the way through to contract

administration. I can lead a team or be part of one. I

have a lifelong passion for architecture that resonates

through my work imparting high standards of quality and

accuracy. I have worked on projects in Georgia, Florida,

Alabama, Arizona, California, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey

and Mexico.

Qualifications I am a graduate of The University of Arizona, School

of Architecture's five-year Bachelor of Architecture

professional degree program. Since graduation, I have

completed the IDP and have been cleared to sit for the ARE

licensing exams. My qualifications in addition to the

Architecture degree and 15 years of practical experience,

include but are not limited to; listening, concept

formulation and implementation, design development,

contract documents, code research and compliance, project

management, project architect, construction details,

contract administration, mentoring, researching, learning,

teaching, explaining, communication, sketching, hand

drafting, computer drafting, modeling (physical and

computer), AutoCAD, Revit, 3DstudioMax & Viz, Photoshop,

Micro Station, and SketchUp.

Career Objectives I am interested in long term employment . I am

seeking out firms that respect and take care of their

employees. I am currently undertaking the process of

professional registration and would like to be in a firm

that fosters this process. As an intern I started as an

assistant to the head designer of a medium size firm. I

then sought out all of the other positions in an

architectural office with the intent of learning how a

building is put together so that I could return to the

design chair with this knowledge. I am currently seeking

opportunities to complete this journey.
