Lead mechanical engineer for the $40,000,000 order of clam

shell grills to McDonalds (Japan). Result: Reduced inventory,

lead times, and assembly problems by correcting the BOM's and

drawings with a savings of $12,000 per year.

Designed and implemented a flex gas tube bending fixture.

Result: Reduced service calls and assembly time by $10,000 per

year.

Identified and implemented welding procedure for actuator

frame. Result: Saved $12,000 per year in rework on the

assembly line.
