- Class A surface panels on Mercedes-Benz, Saturn & Freightliner
Programs including engineering changes, tooling improvements, PPAP, 8D,
DFMEA, PFMEA and tool buy-off criteria, & launch activities. Work with
customer to gain full understanding of process, quoting changes and new
tooling, sourcing & buy-off of tools and follow up through the stamping
process. Management of two transfer presses; one coil feed and the other
a D-Stacker and progressive and deep draw presses and special projects at
other Mayflower facilities.
- Scheduling of preventative maintenance and die repairs for 1st Shift
and management of 76 employees.
- Responsible for various press lines; ensuring quality products on
time and the supervision of 30-40 employees.
