using sat divers, installed tap, 2 hour test on

seal performed, installed 10" SSTI, jetted down to

grade & covered with 3 in 1 bags

Installed davit arm on platform at GI 82 to assist

in the installation of a halo clamp at that same

location

Did P & A on pipeline at PL 12 & VR 64 -1

Worked on jacket repairs at EC 346A, grouted jacket

legs & 2 X-braces, installed clamps to hold grout

in place till set.

Installed 15 anode pods on platform at ST 63A

Installed single retrobuoy anode at SS 223B, dual

retrobuoy anodes at SS 224 B, & another set of dual

retrobuoys at SMI 130 C

Installed dual pipeline risers (6" & 2") at VR 195

A platform, installed clamps, risers, closing spool

& tie in spools for both risers, hydro tested lines

8 hours, de-watered lines and left lines with 5 psi

of nitrogen

Repaired subsea conductor guide framing at SS 225B,

pulled guide up to clamps & pulled bottom clamps up

against bottom of CGF. Changes all hardware on all

clamps.

Removing 8" pipeline riser damaged by hurricane at

EI 349 B, removing oil out of lines into cut box,

remove all above water riser pipe, move pig

launcher down to +10 elevation.

Worked at Pelto 20 removing 6 caisson platforms

using explosives & mechanical cutting.

Ran cleaning pigs in riser from EI 349 B to do

pipeline abandonment on line. Ran pigs, cut riser

pipe at base of platform, removed 25' section of

pipeline at SSTI, plugged both open ends of pipe.

Completed pipeline abandonment then relocated to

platform at EI 349 B to perform un-manning

platform. Cleaned out all drains, placed sumps in

by-pass, removed generators & helicopter fuel

tanks, cleaned out living quarters & locked up

platform for removal in spring.

Repaired and replaced braces at -53 fsw, installed

welding habitat at level and removed dented brace

and installed new brace with weld sleeve. Made 1

dry weld in habitat and 4 wet welds throughout

platform.

Performed site clearance at Pelto 20 to complete

caisson removal procedures performed earlier at

same location.

Built 180' 3- pile platform for Newfield

Exploration Company at Gulf Island Fab in Houma,

Package consisted of Structure, Piles & riser

Performed subsea inspections (Level II & Level III)

at Ship Shoal 223A & Vr 182 JB. Performed swim by

inspections and level III on 4 selected nodes of

both platforms

Installed sleeve on dented caisson at West Cameron

290 A, Installed Sleeve at +10' elevation, removed

bent grating on deck and replaced channels &

grating

Performed Subsea inspections at HI 557-A & MI 604 A

for ERT. Performed swim by inspections and Level

III inspections on selected nodes, one indication

was found and performed MT inspection on indication

Spooling flowlines, fuel gas lines, compressor

piping & departing pipeline piping spools for

Dynamic Offshore Resources. Lines being installed

at EI 7 & 10

Installed 17,000' of pipeline for Newfield at WD 72

, preformed 6 pipeline crossings, ran cleaning &

sizing pigs through pipeline

Installed Boatlanding clamp with divers & stabbed

boatlanding onto platform at GI 78 A, Pumped grout

into clamps on bracing

Replaced U-bolts on riser with caps at PL 25 #2.

Removed broken u-bolts & installed caps, did video

inspection of work performed

Completed pipeline crossings & tie in of pipeline

to riser @ WD 72 B & tie in at SSVA at WD 65
