Career Summary:

I am a MBA prepared employee with a background in many areas of

manufacturing. My previous positions have included both the technical and

financial aspects of business. My operations, engineering, quality and

. Managed for all financial operations for company.

. Prepared all financial reports for CEO and President. Prepared all

quarterly government reports for taxes. Prepared reports for use by

independent auditors for annual reports.

. Analyzed A/P and A/R to prepare weekly cash flow reports. Kept in

. Directed all the manufacturing operations at two locations.

. Manufacturing services include machine assembly and service center for

a metal cutting process. Responsibilities include production planning

and scheduling, process planning and implementation. Responsible for

staff scheduling, staff training and certification, salary planning and

supervision of hourly and salaried employees.

. Championed ISO9001:2000 implementation as Management Representative.

. Achieved fiscal goals and cost reductions by working closely with

Financial Operations Manager.

. Reported weekly, monthly and quarterly fiscal results directly to CEO

and President.

. Performed corporate activities including payroll transactions, payroll

. Managed all the fiscal and business operations of the company using the

accrual method of accounting.

. Tracked and recorded all grant revenues, all individual, corporate and

foundation donations, and all expenses by program. Reported fiscal

status to state and federal grant providers on a monthly or quarterly

basis.

. Performed all payroll transactions including timesheets, payroll

manufacturing departments. Duties included production process design,

reductions, product design changes to improve manufacturability,

tooling design and fabrication, employee training and certification

program design, provide training and certification, Quality Improvement

plans, and floor space reductions.

. Improved Coil Department First Time Yields from 86.4% to 99.9% in two

years then held the yield improvement at or above 99.9% for 23 of the

next 24 months.

. Improved Frame Assembly Department First Time defect rate from 480

defects per frame to 67 defects per frame within two years. Held

defects to less than 67 defects per frame for the next four years

without exception.

. Improved the on-time delivery of products from the Frame Department

from 79% to 100%, and continued to maintain 100% on-time delivery for

33 of the next 36 months.
