Director Business Management - Critical Service Logistics
Appointed to lead internal and external account management activities for a
key Critical Service Logistics customer. Transitioned the relationship from
"transactional" focus to an "integrated services" partnership account.
Responsible to identify and drive customer solutions to maximize value and
revenue opportunities. Developed tactical and strategic process /
technology improvements and cost reductions.
. Retained key customer. Led efforts to retain an "at risk" Kuehne +
Nagel customer who lacked a plan for cost control and did not have a
strategic operations improvement strategy. Led global cross-functional
teams to identify, propose and implement an integrated operational
service parts solution and cost reductions. Awarded Global Services

Solutions Consultant - Lead Logistics Solutions
Recruited to directed internal and external business scope for business
development, engineering, operations, implementation and suppliers to
support new and existing customers focused on 4PL and Critical Service
Parts Logistics opportunities. Forged key client relationships across
multiple industry segments including high tech, medical, pharmaceutical and
consumer goods.
. Fast Moving Consumer Goods Solution - Led customer assessment and
value proposition activities for a "logistics control tower" solution
for P&G's Eastern European distribution network from initial
transactional data needs / assessment to final business case and value
presentations at the executive level. Resulted in a $10M+
transportation management solution opportunity.
. Pharmaceutical Supply Chain / Distribution Solution - Led value
assessment activities with the customer to develop a Transportation
Management solution for all domestic inbound and outbound lanes. Lead
internal cross functional teams to identify network optimization,
transportation and operational improvements and pricing. Identified
and proposed a Transport Management / Operations solution, proposed
$5M cost savings initiatives over 3 years on annual freight spend of
$25M

Senior Operations Manager - Repair Post Sales Support
Directed the multi-site Repair and Exchange Operations. Led operations,
logistics solutions and process improvements for global reverse logistics
supply chain scope for customers.
. Reduced Post Sales Support Domestic Operations Costs by $4.25M through
consolidation. Created / implemented business case for consolidating
three operation locations into one to reduce high fixed and union
labor costs while improving performance. Outsourced non-core-
