interviewing, selection, training, and coaching of staff, management,
partners, and supervisors.
Administrative functions include ordering, purchasing, inventory, daily
cash balancing, maintaining budgets on repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
Award and Accomplishments:
Operator of the Year, Certified Trainer, Diamond Award, New Business of the
Year, Business of the Year, Sonic Coop Mac Member, numerous awards on sales
and profit.

Responsibilities included staffing, training, and motivating employees;
Controlling food costs, labor, and repair costs; Maintain and build strong

Accomplishments include: developing 3 assistant manages to be general
managers, five years of continued sales growth. Opened a new store in 1997
of which I staffed, trained, and developed the crew from ground up.
Responsibility included maintaining and running two restaurants. Received
the 1996 market outstanding sales growth award.
