Sales Technician

Objective

Seeking a position in the IT support and/or Computer Technician and/or

Retail Management fields. My experience in interpersonal communication

through sales and retail management make it easy for me to quickly

troubleshoot and solve problems for clients without confusing them in the

process. My charismatic nature and tech know how have enabled me to have a

Primary Duties: respond to service calls, manage appointment schedule,

hire/train new technicians, install/repair computer systems and home

networks, install/repair home theater systems, motivate service sales

throughout the store

Requirements: pass Firedog Technician Exam, pass Driver Certification

Achievements: helped the Vestal Circuit City launch their services brand;

Firedog. Within a year's time I was able to build the sales culture to

provide enough business to go from working by myself as the only full-time

on-site technician driving my own personal car to having two company

vehicles and four subordinate techs.

Salary Range: $16.50/hr - $18/hr

Radio Shack (Target Mobile)

Position: Store Manager

Primary Duties: hire/train new sales associates, coach/fire under

performing associates, manage physical inventory, manage store finances,

run bank deposits, optimize contract phone sales, manage store marketing

Salary: $12/hr + comission
